Harold H. Fisher is Professor of International Relations at San Francisco State College, and formerly was Professor of History and Chairman Emeritus of the Hoover Institute and Library, Stanford University, and Visiting Professor of History, Russian Institute, Columbia University. His books include The Communist Revolution, and Soviet Russia and the West 1920-1927 with Xenia J. Eudin.
