Oil in World Politics

Huey Louis Kostanickspent his sabbatical year, 1952-1953, doing research work in the Middle East on grants from the Ford Foundation, the Social Science Research Council, and the Institute of Slavic Studies of the University of California. During World War II he served in North Africa, traveling from Casablanca to Suez.
