The Impact of Foreign Aid

Norman D. Palmer is President of the National Council on Asian Affairs and co-author of International Relations: The World Community in Transition (2nd edition). Visiting Fulbright Professor of Political Science and International Affairs at the University of Delhi, 1952-1953, Mr. Palmer also made a trip to India and Pakistan in February and March, 1957, to study the impact of our foreign aid program there as well as in Iran, Lebanon and Spain. Fie is coordinator of the University of Pennsylvania—University of Karachi project and a member of the Committee on Institutional Projects Abroad, under the American Council on Education.
