Economic Development in Bulgaria

Wayne S. Vucinich served during World War II as East European specialist with the O.S.S.; with the Allied Control Commission for Bulgaria in 1944-1945, and with the Department of State, 1945-1946. He is author of Serbia between East and West. From August 1 to October, 1956, Mr. Vucinich visited Czechoslovakia, Poland, Rumania and the Soviet Union.
