Professor of Economics, Rutgers University
Broadus Mitchelltaught political economy at Johns Hopkins University for 20 years. In 1947 he joined the faculty of Rutgers University. Mr. Mitchell has been president of the Metropolitan Economic Association and a member of the executive committee of the American Economic Association. He is the author of many books and articles, including his most recent work Alexander Hamilton: Youth to Maturity 1755-1788.
