Panama: Pro Mundi Beneficio¹

C. A. Haubergwas employed by the Division of Schools, Canal Zone, before the war, and at that time investigated Panama’s role in the League of Nations. In 1952-1953 he received a Social Science Research Council Grant to study the economic and social history of Panama. During the 1954 “summer session” he taught at the University of Panama. He has published articles in the field of histoiy and the social sciences. At the present time he is working on the history of Panama.
