Our New Social Democracy: A European View

Guy S. Métrauxis an international civil servant working in Paris. He is the author of Exchange of Persons: The Evolution of Cross Cultural Education. Mr. Métraux, born in Switzerland, has lived in the United States, Argentina, and Europe. He received his undergraduate degrees from United States’ universities. He was Assistant Professor in Social Sciences at the University of Puerto Rico.
