Boris R. Izakovis a writer and journalist and former editor of International Affairs, a monthly journal published in Moscow. He is the Vice-President of the Union of Soviet Writers’ Foreign Committee. Former London correspondent for Pravda, Mr. Izakov was a major in the Soviet Army during World War II.
