United States Policy in Europe

Ross N. Berkeshas also taught at the U. S. Naval Intelligence School in Washington, D. C. In 1945, he served on the staff of the Allied Secretariat, Four Power Control Council for Germany. During World War II, he served in Political Intelligence on the staff of Admiral Stark in London. Last year he was on sabbatical leave to do research on British foreign policy at the Royal Institute of International Affairs in London.
