The Agricultural Surplus

John D. Black is author of a great many books among which are Parity, Parity, Parity and Economics for Agriculture. He is the recipient of the National Planning Association Certificate of extraordinary achievement. He has served on the agricultural research policy committee and mobilization board, U. S. Department of Agriculture 1949-1953, and is a member of the advisory committee on economics and marketing, FAO.
