Jack Chernickis Chairman of the Research Program at the Institute of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. He is the author of ECONOMIC EFFECTS OF STEADY EMPLOYMENT AND EARNINGS and co-author of THE GUARANTEED ANNUAL WAGE. From 1951 to 1953 Dr. Chernick held the post of Associate Director of the Case Analysis Division, Minneapolis Regional Wage Stabilization Board.
