Roffe Wikegraduated from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. He wrote his doctoral thesis on the Pennsylvania Manufacturers’ Association, one of the largest and most politically powerful groups of its kind in the United States. He has recently been appointed Assistant Professor of Political Science, Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, University of Pennsylvania.
