Harold S. Quigley

Professor Emeritus of History, University of Minnesota

HAROLD S. QUIGLEY is co-author of The New Japan: Government and Politics. In 1946-47 he was research consultant in the Civil Intelligence section of SCAP in Tokyo. Author of several hooks and articles on the Far East, Mr. Quigley has also taught this field for 35 years.
