Sir John Troutbeck

Former British Ambassador to Iraq

SIR JOHN TROUTBECK served as British Ambassador to Iraq from 1951-1954. Prior to this post he was the head of the British Middle East Office, Cairo. He was also formerly Secretary of the British Embassy in Turkey and of the British Legation in Ethiopia.
