The Dialectic of Co-existence

FREDERICK L. SCHUMAN has travelled and studied in Russia and in the present Soviet satellites at various times since 1928. He taught last summer at the University of California in Berkeley. He is the author, among other works, of American Policy Toward Russia Since 1917, The Nazi Dictatorship, International Politics (5th Edition, 1953), The Commonwealth of Man and Soviet Politics at Home and Abroad.
