United States Department of Agriculture
LAZAR VOLIN has been with the United States Department of Agriculture since 1926 and is now Special Assistant in the Foreign Agricultural Service. He has made the study of Russian agriculture his specialty and is the author of a Survey of Soviet Russian Agriculture, published by the Department in 1951. He has contributed to a number of other publications and magazines.
