CARLOS P. ROMULO is Ambassador of the Philippines to the United States and Chairman of the Philippine Delegation to the United Nations General Assembly. He was chairman of the Assembly during its 1949-1950 session. General Romulo has served his country at home as well as abroad, in several high governmental positions.
