W. HOWARD MANN served as Law Clerk to Mr. Justice Wiley Rutledge, U. S. Court of Appeals, and to Mr. Justice Harold H. Burton, Supreme Court. He held a Ford Foundation Teaching Fellowship at Yale University in 1953-1954, and has written for the Indiana Law Journal.
