JOHN D. HARBRON, who is a part-time lecturer on Spanish affairs for the Canadian Broadcasting Company, has done extensive research on Spanish government in the Twentieth Century and was in charge of the History Department at the Canadian Services College from 1948 to 1951. He has written widely on Latin America and Spain. His articles have appeared in The Catholic World, the Contemporary Review and other publications.
