WILLIAM LEWIS MORTON, chairman of the History Department at the University of Manitoba, received his B.A. from that institution, and his M.A. and B. Litt. degrees from Oxford. He was editor of The Voice of Dafoe and author of The Progressive Party in Canada, published in 1950.
