CONSTANCE SMITH, who received her Ph.D. from Radcliffe College, tvas awarded a Fulbright Fellowship to the London School of Economics in 1951-1952. She has participated in the Salzburg Seminar in American Studies (1952), the Cambridge Seminar on American Studies (1952) and the Woodrow Wilson Seminar, on the United Nations (1954).
