HERBERT DORN, Chairman of the Institute for Inter-American Study and Research at the University of Delaware, was active in the Weimar government as a financial expert. He was a member of the Fiscal Committee of the League of Nations from 1924-1933. During World War II, he was Director of International Economy in the War Economy Board of Cuba. He cooperated in the preparation of the inter-American and international post-war agreements and participated in the 1947 Conference on Trade and Employment in Geneva.
