Russia and the Slavs

CYRIL BRYNER, a specialist in Slavic Languages and Civilization, received his B.A. degree from Stanford University and his Ph.D. from the University of Prague. He has taught at Stanford University, at the University of Alaska, and at San Jose State College. Dr. Bryner’s articles on the Soviet Union have appeared in previous issues of Current History.
