Russia, Scandinavia and the Baltic States

JOHN H. WUORINEN is the author of Finland and World War II and has written previously on Scandinavia for Current History. During World War II, he was chief of the Scandinavian-Baltic section of the O.S.S. and is at present both a professor of history and chairman of the history department at Columbia University.
