The Foreign Policy of Russian Communism

ALFRED G. MEYER has taught political science at the University of Washington, where he is at present a Research Associate at the Far Eastern and Russian Institute. He is co-author of The Incompatible Allies (1953) and his recent study, Marxism: the Unity of Theory and Practice, is reviewed in this issue. Dr. Meyer has just completed a study of Leninism.
