Ross N. Berkes
Director, School of International Relations, University of Southern California
ROSS N. BERKES, Associate Professor of International Relations at the University of Southern California since 1947, has also taught at the U.S. Naval Intelligence School in Washington, D. C. In 1945 he served on the staff of the Allied Secretariat, Four-Power Control Council for Germany. During World War II he served in Political Intelligence on the staff of Admiral Stark.
