Communism as India Sees it

P. KODANDA RAO, a member of the Servants of India Society, was a member of India’s delegations to two Round Table conferences between India and South Africa, in 1926 and 1932, and Advisor to India’s Delegate to the Permanent Migrations Committee of the I.L.O. at Montreal in 1946. He recently visited the United States, after attending the International Conference on Race Relations at Honolulu.
