SHEN-YU DAI received his law degree in China and his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. He is the author of Mao Tse-tung and Confucianism (University Microfilms, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 1953), Peking, Moscow and the Communist Parties of Colonial Asia (Center for International Studies, Cambridge, Mass., 1954).
