CHAO KUO-CHUN, at present with the Indian Program of Cornell University, is the author of a forthcoming book on Land Policy of the Chinese Communist Party, 1921-1954. Research Consultant from 1949-1954 at Harvard University and Research Associate from 1952-1954 at M.I.T., Dr. Chao has also written for numerous academic journals. He collaborated on A Documentary History of Chinese Communism.
