DONN V. HART was a member of the U.N.E.S.C.O. Secretariat in London and Paris after World War II. In 1950-1952 he made an anthropological community study as a Fulbright Fellow in the Philippines. He is joint author of a text on the Philippines, and has contributed articles to the Christian Science Monitor, London Times, Far Eastern Quarterly, and others.
