NORMAN D. PALMER visited Pakistan in April, as consultant to the F.O.A., in connection with a proposal to establish an Institute of Public and Business Administration at the University of Karachi. He also visited Bangkok and Manila. In 1952-1953 he was Visiting Professor of Political Science at the University of New Delhi. He is a Contributing Editor of Current History. His latest book, International Relations, was published by Houghton Mifflin in 1953.
