ROBERT J. ALEXANDER, who received his Ph.D. from Columbia University, has travelled extensively in Latin America on a grant-in-aid from the United States Office of Education. He has worked for the Board of Economic Warfare and the Office of Inter-American Affairs. His writing includes pamphlets on labor conditions, and a book on The Peron Era published in 1951 by Columbia University Press.
