RICHARD W. LINDHOLM was Assistant Professor of Economics at Texas A. and M. until World War II. During the war he was on special assignments for G2 on the Mexican Border, England, France and Germany. He served in 1953 as an economist in Pakistan. His publications include Corporate Franchise as a Basis of Taxation (1944) and Principles of Money and Banking (1954).
