Railroad Brotherhoods: Special Treatment

EDWARD D. WICKERSHAM, as an Air Force industrial manpower officer, was responsible for analyzing the impact of strikes on defense production during the Korean war. This spring he delivered an address on “The National Emergency Strike” before the Michigan Academy of Science, Arts and Letters. He is a frequent contributor to the Industrial and Labor Relations Review.
