ROBERT J. ALEXANDER, at Rutgers since 1947, worked for the United States Government in the Labor Relations Division of the Office of Inter-American Affairs, 1946-1947, served as a technical adviser to the conference of Inter-American Confederation of Workers (C.I.T.) in 1949, and toured Latin America in 1952 for the Free Trade Union Committee of A.F.L. He has contributed to numerous well-known periodicals. Columbia University Press published his The Peron Era in 1951.
