Latin America: Disillusioned Neighbors

ARTHUR P. WHITAKER, Professor of Latin American History at the University of Pennsylvania, has just returned from a trip to Spain. The author of many important studies on Latin American Affairs, he has lectured at the University of San Marcos and the Catholic University, both in Lima, Peru, and at the National Institute of Colombia, Bogota. Two of his books are The United States and the Independence of Latin America and Los Americas y Un Mundo En Crisis.
