The President in the Constitution

SIDNEY WARREN,one of our frequent contributors, received his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Columbia University. In 1949-1950, he was Visiting Fulbright Professor of American Histo'ry at the University of Durham, England; in 1950-1951 he was Visiting Professor of American History at the University of Glasgow, Scotland. Among his published works are American Freethought (1936) and Farthest Frontier: The Pacific North-vest (1948).
