ALFRED G. MEYER has just moved to the University of Washington from the Russian Research Center at Harvard University, where he had been working from 1948 to 1953, first as a Graduate Student Fellow, then a Research Fellow and finally as Assistant Director. His first book, written jointly with Gustav Hilger, is a history of German-Soviet Relations, from 1918 to 1941. It will appear early this fall. Alfred Meyer holds his Ph.D. degree from Harvard University.
