The Leaders of Soviet Russia

VICTOR L. ALBJERG, a frequent contributor to Current History, received his B.A. in 1918 from the University of Minnesota, and Ms M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Wisconsin. He has been teaching history at Purdue since 1926. His books include Foundations of American Neutrality, From Sedan to Stress, Richard Owen, and Europe From 1914 to the Present. He is now working on a book on Russian Rulers, Rogues and Rascals.
