A Bipartisan Foreign Policy

NORMAN A. GRAEBNER is now an Associate Professor of History at Iowa State College. During the academic year, 1952-1953, he served as Visiting Associate Professor of History at Stanford University. His articles have appeared in the Mississippi Valley Historical Review, the Pacific Historical Review, the Journal of Southern History and Inter-American Economic Affairs, as well as in these pages. Dr. Graebner received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Chicago in 1949.
