Mr. Sack was formerly (1917-1922) an appointee of the Prince Lvov and Kerensky Governments, as spokesman in the United States for the Russian democratic, anti-Bolshevist parties. He is the author of an important history of the Russian revolution, “The Birth of the Russian Democracy.”
