The Anti-Japanese Issue in California

* The Rev. E. Guy Talbott, author of this article, has lived in California for sixteen years, and has been a close student of the Japanese question throughout that Period. For several years he was Executive Secretary of the California State Church Federation, and later Pacific Coast Secretary of the Intcrchurch World Movement.
