India's New Mantra: The Internet

Gyanesh Kudaisya is an assistant professor in the South Asian studies program at the National University of Singapore and the coauthor, with Tai Yong Tan, of The Aftermath of Partition in South Asia (New York: Routledge, 2000). His interest in information technology began with a first job held between 1983 and 1986 with Tata Consultancy Services, one of Asia's oldest and largest information technology firms.
