Ecology and Biodiversity Conservation

We live in an era of unprecedented loss of biodiversity, with severe consequences for human populations. We also live in an era where people all around the world are invested in a broad range of conservation efforts and studies. The Ecology and Conservation Section of Case Studies in the Environment seeks case studies that highlight and provide insights for conservation efforts and/or research on biodiversity.

Cases are designed to support educators in providing content for their teaching or training, researchers in comparing facets among cases to advance ecological and conservation knowledge, and practitioners who seek to understand the progress of colleagues around the world. We also welcome papers that explore the use of case studies in teaching and training. Special collections are invited to develop collections on core themes.
