Retraction notice to: Teresa Maria Resende Cierco Gomes, “Promoting the rule of law in Serbia. What is hindering the reforms in the justice sector?”
This article has been retracted at the request of the Editor-in-Chief in consultation with the journal’s editorial team. The author fabricates interview data in attributing quotes to respondents that previously appeared in published works by other authors and further misrepresents an interview with a single respondent as multiple interviews. The editorial team also determined that the article contains substantial unattributed material, including both verbatim and paraphrased passages.
One of the conditions for submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare that they have complied with the publisher's policies concerning ethics in publishing, including a strict prohibition on the fraudulent use of data and plagiarism.
