Moscow, Havana, and Peking on Latin America: A comparison of Soviet and Cuban approaches to Latin America Available to Purchase

EDWARD GONZALEZ is Assistant Professor of Political Science, U.C.L.A., and a consultant to The Rand Corporation. He took his doctorate at U.C.L.A. (1966) in the field of Soviet-Cuban relations, and has made two recent field trips to Cuba. His articles on the subject of Cuban Communism have appeared in World Politics and Foreign Affairs; he has contributed a chapter on Soviet-Cuban relations to Carmelo Mesa-Lago (ed.), Revolutionary Change in Cuba (1971); and his book Cuba Under Castro: The Limits of Charisma is in press.
