EDEN NABY is Faculty Associate at the Center for Middle Eastern Studies at Harvard University. She has written extensively on contemporary Afghan issues with special attention to the ideology of the Afghan resistance. Her other research has been directed at Muslims in Soviet and Chinese areas and general ethnicity issues in the Muslim world.
