The evolution of contract law in China: Comparisons with the west and the Soviet Union Available to Purchase

YOUZHI Yu is a legal editor in the Chinese Academy of Social Science Press in Beijing. Presently he completes his PhD program at Princeton University, specializing in Socialist legal development. He published extensively in The Peking Daily, and contributed an article to Chinese Yearbook of International Law, and to A Collection of the First Economics Conference. His forthcoming book is entitled The Legal Aspect of China's Reforms and Theories of Centralization.
