Tibet and Its Neighbors: Moving toward a New Chinese Strategy in the Himalayan Region

This article focuses on what Chinese authorities intend to accomplish politically and diplomatically in the Himalayan region through “development in a peaceful environment” and on how this policy could create ties between the Tibetan Autonomous Region and other Himalayan states and regions.
