If you are interested in crossing the globe to learn more about the wide diversity of plants and animals that live here, then this app is for you. Earth 3D – Animal Atlas is an interactive tutorial that takes the user across the planet to introduce them to a wide variety of species and habitats.
Upon launching the app, the user is presented with a view of the planet Earth from space. There is a zoom bar on the side that will bring the user closer to the surface and also increase the level of detail of the animals, plants, and habitats described. The planet is also moveable, so the user can rotate it around any ocean or continent. The wildlife on the surface moves along with the planet.
